A Fun Way to Learn Golf!
World of Golf offers a fun way of learning golf. Open to boys and girls aged between 6 and 16, why not give your children the best possible start in the game! You do not need to join an expensive club or buy new equipment as we provide everything you need to get started. All you need to do is sign up for one of our Junior Courses and let one of our Certified Instructors teach them all they need to know!
See below for all the different options, including 'just roll-up' sessions and children's parties!
4 Week tuition courses:
Beginners
Learn the basics from grip, posture and ball position through to the full swing
Intermediate
Improve the swing, and progress to hitting shots off the ground and woods off the tee. Also get an introduction to the short game.
Advanced
Spend more time on the course and short game area to develop putting, chipping and bunker play

6 Week tuition courses:
Cubs groups
This course is designed to spend more time on the golf course, to understand all the aspects of the game required to play a round of golf. It will continue to work on the swing and the short game, as well as covering basic etiquette and the rules required on the golf course. At the end of every six-week course a competition is arranged at one of the local 9 hole courses to encourage the juniors' first steps onto the course.

Roll-up classes:
Junior roll-up
- A great introduction to golf.
- Open to all junior golfers.
- Every Monday 5.00pm - 6.00pm and Saturday 10.00am - 11.00am.
- Cost: £5 per golfer per session
Teenagers roll-up
- Open to golfers of all standards up to the age of 19.
- Every Friday 7.00pm - 8.00pm
- Cost: £5 per golfer per session
Children's parties:
A World of Golf children's party is a welcome change from the usual kids entertainment. Tuition, reserved bays, free club hire and prizes can be arranged from £85 per 90mins (max 10 in party). The party can continue in our on-site Cafe, please call for more information on a party package on 0208 309 0181.
